The staff is great and they always take care of you.
Today, 7-14-2020, I called BOTW customer service and was on hold for 45 minutes.

The rates are always rising and service is by far the worst

Great service and very friendly staff.
Waited over an hour and they served six people who came in after me.
They gave me a decent auto loan rate and were happy to take my money.
Which meant I got to slide in and talk to a banker asap and it was very smooth.
Customers shouldn’t have to wait this long to get some service.
Staff is warm and welcoming and are usually very attentive to customer needs.
