Nice small area with restaurants stores, beach and large park/picnic area.
It's a nice, cozy place for chatting with friends or working on home work.
The cashier was friendly and our mochas were yummy.

Great bookstore with coffee shop upstairs and great gift shop.
Great place to study or do work in the upstairs cafe.
