I The rates were a lot cheaper than U-haul and they have no hidden fees.
This owner Jennings should NEVER be allowed to interact with any customers.
Then at that location it took about 45 to an hour to actually get their truck.
Received awesome service from Mark & staff @ the Newport News Service location.
Super helpful staff especially a young man Joey he was just the sweetest thing.
I inquired about price matching and they responded always.!
