Curtious staff and clean rooms
Even in uniform I have NEVER been able to drop off and pick within the hour.
You'd think they'd have a phoneline & competent staff.

Barbers are extremely slow, not uncommon to wait an hour to get a haircut.
Usually places do this either for free, or for a discounted price.
